How do I book an appointment?

What if I can’t be home?
No problem. Many the area clients provide us with access instructions (garage codes, lockboxes, etc.) so their pup can enjoy their spa day even while they’re at work or out running errands. We’ll send you a report card and photos afterward.
How often should I book grooming?
We recommend every 4–6 weeks depending on your dog’s coat and lifestyle. Consistent grooming keeps your dog healthy and helps us maintain their coat in peak condition. We’re happy to recommend a personalized schedule after our first session.

What kind of products do you use?
We only use gentle, high-quality products that are safe for sensitive skin. Our shampoos and conditioners are sulfate-free, pH-balanced, and formulated specifically for dogs — no harsh chemicals, ever. If your dog has allergies or special needs, just let us know.
